The collection contains handy and practical works that address open questions of contemporary Slovene language from different perspectives - applied, theoretical and developmental. It is aimed at both professionals and the general public interested in contemporary language issues. The Fontes sub-collection publishes scholarly editions of collected or selected linguistic works, articles and writings by Slovene linguists. The contributions are arranged according to thematic aspects and are usually accompanied by an editorial study, a bibliography, an index of subjects and names, and contributions that shed light on the author's work in other ways.
