Tanja Fajfar (31 January 1978) is a researcher at the Department of Terminology of the Fran Ramovš Institute of the Slovenian Language. Her research interests include terminology, particularly topics such as naming procedures, terminological principles, terminological agreement and terminological intervention. Independently or together with colleagues, she leads the work for the Terminological Dictionary of Typhlopedagogy, the Terminological Dictionary of Agronomy and the Terminological Dictionary of Stonemasonry. She also participates in the project of compiling terminological dictionary of European Union terminology and, together with her colleagues, answers questions at the Terminology Consulting Service. She is the co-editor of the Terminologišče, a member of the editorial board of the Terminology Consulting Service and a member of the Terminology Commission of the International Committee of Slavists.
