Kozma Ahačič (27 April 1976) is the head of the Fran Ramovš Institute of the Slovenian Language and researcher in the Section for the History of the Slovenian Language. His research work mainly focusses on the history of linguistics and the history of language use. He is the editor of the dictionary portal Fran, lexicographer participating in the making of the Dictionary of the 16th-Century Slovenian Literary Language and editor of the journal Slovenski jezik / Slovene Linguistic Studies. He is also author of modern school grammars, columnist and music lover.
