Library of the Fran Ramovš Institute of Slovenian Language

The Institute Library holds approximately 26,000 library materials. Depending on their content, the materials are located in various locations. Due to the specific nature of our library’s operations (materials are dispersed and availability information in the COBISS system is not always reliable), we kindly ask that you check the availability of the materials in advance by email or phone.

Records for materials acquired after 1991 are included in the COBISS system. Older materials can be searched using the card catalogue, which is available on-site at the SAZU Library or online at: http://katalog.sazu.si.

The library is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
