The monograph ('Terminological Dictionaries 2025') contains dictionary entries created in 2025 as part of terminological dictionaries under development at the Department of Terminology of the Fran Ramovš Institute of the Slovenian Language ZRC SAZU. The publication includes 1,217 dictionary entries, namely 179 from the field of physiotherapy, 69 from the field of criminal investigation, 431 from the field of meteorology, 290 from the field of computer science, 190 from the field of geoinformatics, and 58 from the field of performing arts. Among the dictionary entries, there are 978 consisting of the term, grammatical information, definition, possible synonyms and abbreviations, and English equivalents. Entries from the field of geoinformatics also include German equivalents. Additionally, the publication features 224 cross-references that guide the user to the preferred term, which serves to harmonise the terminology. The publication is intended to keep the interested specialist communities up to date with new dictionary entries created as part of larger terminographic projects, and to gather feedback to be considered in the final version of each terminological dictionary.
